The Indian Maharajah at Libéma Open 2025: style, sport and atmosphere

The Libéma Open in Rosmalen remains a fixture on our events calendar. Also this year - our fourth edition in a row - we were not only visibly, but tangibly present with The Indian Maharadja. On and around the grounds of the Autotron, we created a setting where sports, lifestyle and community came together seamlessly.

Rain or shine, the atmosphere was fine

The weather had its moments: sun, clouds, occasional heavy showers. But anyone who thought that depressed the mood was disappointed. On the contrary - when it rained, our booth was full of visitors who lingered, tried on, felt and bought. As soon as the weather cleared up, the vibrant festival vibe in the park also returned immediately. The atmosphere? Open, friendly, full of enthusiasm.

A booth full of experience

Our presence at the Libéma Open was bigger and more active than ever. The booth offered space for meeting, discovery and experience. From new collection to surprising activations: visitors came not just to look, but to participate.

For example, we organized several win promotions, including an exclusive clinic by Wesley Koolhof for the winners of our contest. Visitors could also see and hold our latest The Indian Maharadja tennis rackets- a great opportunity to learn about the technology behind our products.

There was also a photobooth ready to capture the moment, which made for many spontaneous and happy images.

With genuine attention, a strong image and attention to detail, The Indian Maharajah was not just another participant - we were part of the experience.

Ambassadors in action, including off the court

Although Botic van de Zandschulp and Tallon Griekspoor could not play on the court due to injury, they were fully present. During meet & greets and other activations they took plenty of time for fans and community.

A special moment: Tallon together with Milo ter Reegen (known from The Benchwarmers) spontaneously jumped into the booth to sell clothes - an action that caused queues and many smiling faces.

Throughout the tournament there were several meet & greets with Tallon and Botic, among others, where fans had the chance to get an autograph or photo with their favorite players.

In addition, the tournament attracted strong names in the qualifying tournament and doubles as well, so there was continuous top-level sport on display at the park.

And throughout the grounds, one color stood out in particular: the bright orange of the ball kids, who brought color and energy to the tournament and were perfectly visible in their distinctive outfits.

Sporting highlights

The sporting headliner this year was Belgium's Elise Mertens (she polished off no less than eleven(!) match points in the semifinals) and Canadian Gabriel Diallo (his first-ever ATP title), who both won the singles. With convincing play, they gave the tournament and the final the shine it deserved.

We'll be back

With a growing community, a stronger image and a booth that was more than a point of sale, we proudly look back on a successful edition.

In 2026, we will be there again. Bigger, more creative and even closer to the sport.

See you next year!
