The Indian Maharadja to Compete in Two International Clay-Court Tournaments in the Netherlands
This week and next, The Indian Maharadja will have a strong presence at two of the most beautiful international clay-court tournaments in the Netherlands. At the BICT Group ITF The Hague in The Hague and the Dutch Open Tournament in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, you’ll get to experience our brand up close. From testing our latest tennis rackets to inspiring activations and a complete brand experience at the venue: everything revolves around clay-court tennis, performance, and fun.
BICT Group ITF The Hague | July 6–12
From July 6 through July 12, the BICT Group ITF The Hague will take place at the De Rhijenhof tennis center in The Hague. This international clay-court tournament, organized in collaboration with Burgersdijk Tennis, has grown to become the largest professional tennis event in the Haaglanden region.
As a proud partner, The Indian Maharadja has a visible presence in various ways. The entire tennis complex is adorned with our branding, and visitors can visit a special shop-in-shop, where an extensive selection from our tennis collection is available.
You'll also have the chance to test out The Indian Maharadja's new tennis rackets for yourself. Whether you're looking for more control, extra power, or an all-around racket, you can try out the different models at length and discover which racket best suits your playing style.
The Indian Maharadja is also well represented on the courts. Our ambassadors Sarah van Emst, Mac Visser, Sander Jong, and Lars Wagenaar are participating in the tournament and making their presence felt on the clay courts in The Hague. In addition, the volunteers, ball kids, and tournament staff are wearing The Indian Maharadja apparel, ensuring the brand is highly visible on and around the courts.
Dutch Open Tournament | July 12–19
After the tournament in The Hague, the tennis festivities will move to Bunschoten-Spakenburg, where the Dutch Open Tournament will be held from July 12 through 19 at Eemslag Tennis & Padel. This prestigious clay-court tournament brings together top national and international players and once again provides a wonderful stage for The Indian Maharadja.
The Indian Maharadja will also be present in various ways during the Dutch Open. You can thoroughly test our latest tennis rackets, browse and purchase items from our collection in the shop-in-shop, and you’ll see our branding throughout the park. Of course, the tournament staff, volunteers, and ball kids will once again be fully outfitted by The Indian Maharadja during this tournament.
Especially during the Dutch Open, we’re adding an extra experience with the interactive “Find Your Tennis Racket” activity. Based on your playing style and preferences, we’ll help you find the racket that’s perfect for you.
The Indian Maharadja is also well represented on the court. Tom Gentzsch, Niels Visker, and Gauthier Onclin are among the participants, while Sander Jong is trying to qualify for the main draw. This means that The Indian Maharadja is once again excellently represented at an international clay-court tournament on Dutch soil.
